Located adjacent to the theatre, Empire Square Live brings you to the next level of concert performance. The Empire stamp is firmly in place... state of the art staging, sound, lighting, with the addition of big screen video that puts everyone in the front row. All of this and fully licensed to complete the experience that is EMPIRE SQUARE LIVE. For the grand opening on September 9, 2006, Randy Bachman & Burton Cummings rocked a sold out crowd. 2007 presented Abbey Road on the River Canada, North America’s premiere celebration of the Beatles & the 60’s featuring the Pete Best Band from Liverpool, UK and several international performers of the genre, Empire Rockfest starring Cheap Trick, George Thorogood & Pat Benatar and country legend Kenny Rogers and disco favourites KC & The Sunshine Band thrilled thousands at the 1st Anniversary Celebration. 2008 will see the return of Abbey Road on the River Canada on August 1, 2, and 3, Empire Rockfest on July 24, 25 and 26 and in September our 2nd Anniversary Celebration!
